I guess this would be a pro. https://www.whiskeyriff.com/2020/04...around-selling-beer-like-the-ice-cream-truck/
Pro: My commute went from 45 minutes to 25 minutes because of the light traffic which allows me to take my dogs for longer walks after work. Con: Too many people out on walks at the same time now with their offspring, which they lack control over, that run up and try to pet one of my non-child friendly dogs.
Already happened... However there will be an asterisk over it just like winning the LMP1 class in WEC when you are the only LMP1 car left on the grid. I'm looking at you Toyota.
Im surprised they were able to get it done. The cops around here are bored and constantly speed trapping.
Pro: I got a new car back in November Con: If I had waited and got it now it would have been way cheaper
I bought my first brand new car back in 2008 (g6). Paid 24,000 OTD for it, right before the bottom dropped out. 4 months later my buddy bought almost the same one for 18,000. We've been waiting for a few months to buy a new car for the wife. We're gonna wait a bit longer now.... Pro: All the musicians on you tube doing covers and unplugged stuff from home. Some pretty good tunes being cranked out keeping me from going nuts. Cons: Too many to list, too early to know them all.
Pro -- all restaurants in Atlanta that are doing take out can also sell take out beer. Cons -- after the lock down restaurants won't be selling take out beer.
Pro - I have so much business {bicycle repair} that I'm putting in 10 hour days trying to keep up. Con- Can't do my daily early morning shopping any more.
my LBS has been having guys come in on their days off just to keep up. Its crazier than the Fourth of July... where they typically have 4-5 techs do nothing but tires & tubes in the parking lot under an EZup. The biggest problem is storage...
Physically returning to work on Tuesday. Pro: Get to see my team and customers Con: No more donuts or potlucks
Tons of cops out on the hwy here. On the 65km stretch of divided hwy to work yesterday there were 3 cruisers spread out along the way, and on the way home there was 2 more. I've been driving that route for almost 15 years, and have seen more cops in the last weeks than all the other years combined. Been close to getting a performance award a couple times.
