Covid-19 pros and cons

I'll start, selfishly...

Pro - zero traffic

Con - establishments are closed for drinking with my buddies

 

Pro - the beeb has a couple dozen medical and infectious disease experts now.
Con - see above.

 

Pro - Invite buddies over, they bring beer, you profit ..only invite 8 friend though, need to stay under the limit of gathering.

 

Pro - mandatory home office
Con- economy tanking and lots of people upside down soon

 

Pro - no traffic.

Cons - My kid's lacrosse season is on hold and may be canceled entirely. Nothing to watch on the TV. I may be wiping my ass with my collection of vintage RRWs if they don't restock with toilet paper soon.

 

The kids sports thing, definitely sucks.

 

Yup, my daughter had just joined the tennis team and her season is on hold til at least the end of the month....sucks. I was enjoying watching her pick it up rather well.

 

Con- Deemed essential non-essential by City Mayor and forced to work after celebrating all weekend I was going to be off with pay!

Con - no leave time requests will be honored until virus passes

Pro- getting 1 to 1 leave time for all the hours I work under said emergency.

 

Same here for my kid’s soccer team. He’s a straight shooter at age 4

 

Pro - price of gas / fuel dropping. But that's not just from the virus, Russia /Saudi Arabia pissing match too.

 

Pro: no traffic, gas prices well below $2/gallon

Con: nowhere to go

 

Pro: stock market.

Con: None until I get it.

 

I'll say. I blew through Atlanta on I75 at 75 mph yesterday at 4:45pm on my way back to Nashville from Tampa.

 

Pro - it's great if you're an introverted misanthrope

Con - it's sucks if you're a slut

that wouldnt be good news to anyone... even if you had 2 weeks to live! WTF! Did that really get shared??? lol

 

Pro - the cars/bikes I've been desiring will become considerably cheaper.

Con - its going to be hard to sell my FZ-09 for the price I want to help buy said cars/bikes I want.

 

Pro: Might change the world thinks about working from home. This could lead to better environment, less traffic, better health... tons of stuff
Con: Definiltey not good time to be in contract on a house.
