Speaking of Vitamin S. If you haven't heard Dorian Yates on Rogan podcast it's one of the best. I remember Yates from the 90's he was amazing. Most of the pros look like dough. Dorian was chiseled from stone. He changed the game like Arnold did imo. Last of the greats.
