This summer I got some of those commercial style mesh pizza pans for making grilled pizzas. I threw the stone away. These things are awesome and were a buck each at the restaurant supply place around the corner from me. Pre heat the grill to about 450 and pizzas take about 5 minutes.
I’m no toaster over connoisseur, but even the ones I’ve seen with a fan list a ton of heat out the glass door at the front. An air fryer is more sealed.
I have one of those that I obtained by accident. It was stuck to the bottom of the pizza I ordered. I use it all the time, literally one of the most used things in my kitchen.
Melon baller. Had it for years, maybe used it once, yet can't throw it out (who knows when you will need to ball some melons?) Therefore I can't live without it.
Sharp all purpose knife no. 1, silicone spatula no. 2. Favorite cutting board, favorite pan, off we go...
