Yep. I have a Gaggia auto deal that makes life easy. At least one sharp knife as well.

 

Fried food is reheated better in an air fryer.

 

Big kitchen (sharp) knife...coffee pot a close second.

True, there is not a lot involved in becoming a Velveeta gourmet.

 

Floor space clear of fur bags and rug rats so I can actually get the fuck around.

The single most common phrase uttered in my house is “get out of my kitchen!”

 

But I’ll echo the ferrous faced one. I never knew just how fantastic a toaster oven would be for keeping courses warm while other stuff is still cooking. Quick and easy broiling tortillas to make “flat tacos” on those nights I take the girls to judo or we go to swim at the gym, reheating egg bake for the girls’ breakfasts during the week, making nachos, you name it. Quicker and more efficient than firing up the big oven.
