So who gets to make that call then. Does it have to be the owner? What about the manager on duty? What if the owner says don't serve gays and an employee does while they aren't there. Can the employee be fires for serving a gay?
If I own a grocery store and choose not to stock certain items, that should be within my rights. If I accept employment at an establishment that does offer the same items, I have contracted to sell those items without prejudice.
Do you guys live in a world where gay people are required to wear some sort of sash (possibly sequined) that identifies them as homosexual?
