I think that's been mentioned a couple times now. There is a lawsuit against the commission at present charging bias (you think?) because of the opposing findings. There is sizable doubt about the chairwoman having any ability to be impartial due to her personal beliefs.
For the Colorado one, I do not have an issue with that bakery refusing to sell that cake. The "God hates gays" part is inflammatory and the business owner should have the right to refuse making that. I find that to be good business vice discriminatory.
