Seems your a little dense, did you notice the back tire is a 160versus180 the brake rotors are smaller read the specs. before you post up.

Have a fucking Snickers or something. A parts bin 4.5" wheel is very likely heavier than a modern 6" wheel, same with all the other parts. Smaller does not always equal lighter.

Yeah right, the 160 tire is heavier too right.

Well an SV650 wheel is heavier than a GSXR wheel despite the tire size.

Yeah I don't think anybody going buy this bike, being it's low spec.revs to 16000 and cost almost as much as a 600

Just another sv want a be.

I think they’ll sell pretty much every one they bring to the states if the pr specs are correct.

This is true. Going from a 4.5" SV wheel with a 160 to a 5.5" GSXR wheel with a 180 drops more than 1lb.

I hold a lot of wheels. When dealing with the stock wheels, the 600 and up are the better ones.

Rumor mill - I've been told there are 75 of these in the US currently, with a second batch likely.

That may be true for the wheel, but I don't think a 180 tire is lighter than a 160 tire, and that weight would affect the whole rotating assembly even even more because the increased weight is further from the center. It's not as simple as just total weight.

I'll find a bit quieter exhaust for my street riding, but the Graves video sure has me excited to get my hands on mine.

That’s true, and yet it’s still.igniter. There’s that much difference in the two complete units. That’s kind of the point.

It doesn't have that super high-pitch, V10 F1 car sound I was hoping for. :(

    Not impressed, really?

31 years ago! Honda produced this marvel

In 3 decades of development ..this is all they can deliver?
Sure the motor is a screamer..
But Tony Scott tuned these RC30s to mid 70 h.p. 30 years ago for the TT.
With the basic HRC race kit they easily bumped up close to 70 h.p. w a 14.5k redline..and little to "Nuthin" has ever sounded better..

I'm sure the ZX 400 will be a riot, and perform well ..but overall, from a enthusiasts view, would have expected them to have progressed much farther.
Wouldn't be surprised if it's being made in China or India.
But it is nice to see a 400cc bike come back to the States. For a street bike on twisty roads they are just fantastic machines.
    Hope they sell em all

Well, they probably want to sell the bikes.

How much do you think a real baby-ZX-10RR would cost, and how many people do you think would spend that kind of money on a 400?
