Dunno if I would pick him but To Kill a Mockingbird is one of the all time great movies for sure. Next time anyone watches it, look for a very young Robert Duvall in his first movie role playing “Boo Radley.” He has maybe 2 minutes of screen time and says about five words but deserves an award. He goes from the dreaded bogeyman-next-door to the little girl's best friend all in a 10 second wordless glance. And it's completely believable. You could see he was going places..
Christian Slater and Patricia Arquette(sp?) in True Romance are pretty good and Val Kilmer in the same.
From Primary Colors, Kathy Bates as Libby Holden, a lesbian working for Governor Jack Stanton's campaign. Kudos to John Travolta as the Governor, obviously inspired by Bill Clinton. From The Fifth Element, Milla Jovovich as Leeloo. ("Mulllllll-ti pass!") From Be Cool, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as Elliot Wilhelm, a gay bodyguard. Check out his music video, "You Ain't Woman Enough (To Take My Man)" Nobody mentioned Dennis Hopper's little speech right before he gets blown away in True Romance.
Yes! To all that haven't seen this movie - you owe it to yourself to give it a go. For the cage man, I'm going to have to nominate "Lord of War" :
Bruce Willis as John McClane-Die Hard Mel Gibson as Martin Riggs-Lethal Weapon Wesley Snipes as Blade-Blade John Cusack as Martin Blank-Grosse Point Blank Kevin Costner as Roy McAvoy-Tin Cup as Crash Davis-Bull Durham
I must say that my favorite actor is Robert Di niro. He has been able to play so many different types of roles in his career. Some are better than others. The movie Heat is one of my all time favs. It has an all star cast, most of my favorite actors, like "say hello to my little friend" Mister Al Pacino.
