looking at having a f-250 transported from Nebraska to Georgia. Having never done this I was wondering if we have anyone in our race community that does this or if anyone has worked with a company that provides this service that they would recommend.

Fly to Nebraska 8/20. Hang around for the eclipse. Drive back.

    It's a pick-up.

Ride your bike out there, look at eclipse, put bike in truck, drive back.

Thanks guys, would love to fly and drive but I just don't have the window needed. Got a quote from and online company under $1200 door to door service, which honestly is not a bad deal.

Do you have an unemployed buddy needing to make some money that you trust? Fly him/her out and let them drive it back for you. Win for both.

    dtalbott Driving somewhere, hauling something.

Are they driving it or towing it on/in a trailer?

Is the truck new or used?

Is it your truck or a new purchase for you?

About 5 months ago I had an SUV shipped from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania, they charged $975 total. It was via an online broker. The driver they threw the job to was a bit of a PIA to deal with, but it arrived undamaged and in reasonable time. I can PM you the name of the broker if interested.

The truck is used and has an intermittent hot start issue. It's my parents truck and they are older and it's hard to diagnose everything on what they can tell me. We are thinking it's an injector o-ring starting to fail and I can fix it once in Ga. just have to get it toGa. Driving it would come with possible risk.

Wouldn't it make more sense to just have it repaired out there in Husker Duville?
