    Saw $67k in total compensation for the top paid secretary. Ludicrous. $67k to answer phones and shuffle papers. That's close to what my wife makes, and she's got 6 years of post high school education.

    I love the fact that the idiots at the union hung themselves. :up: Enjoy your welfare cheese you twinky killing f***s!!!

    An Exec secretary/admin probably does a LOT more than you think... I can point to my VP's admin and say she's easily as qualified as a Business Analyst, at about $87k. I think Becky's right about there in salary.

    My admin (Maria) isn't mine exclusively, and we're not union. Having said that, I lean on her a lot, as do other people - SharePoint upkeep, but also for organizing and running business/portfolio meetings as well as project estimation coordination (normally a Project Coordinator function).

    If I could, I'd change her job title from Admin to Project Coordinator. She's already in the PMO.

    She makes about $59k, and I think she's underpaid.
