Hello, I'm looking for some advice on finding some good trackday tires for a.. Triumph Thruxton(130/80-17rear & front 100/90/18). I'm looking for a tire that would be good for both trackdays and street riding. I know that most of the Thruxton Cup guys use the Avon AM22 & AM23 race tires, I'm just not sure how these would be on the street. I also understand that there are a couple different compounds for the AM22 / 23 series tires in the Track-Formula (TF) and even softer Sprint-compound (SC) versions and also a non DOT race compound. Some other options are the Pirelli Sport Demons and the Avon Roadriders, both are sport touring tires. Thanks for the help, Doug
