someone want to explain to me how buell's liquid cooled 1125r is allowed to run in the sportbike class with no further weight penalties then the ducati 848 or the aprilia rsv1000r. Guess I never got into the rules but I at least understand the 848 but now the 1000cc v-twins and even up to 1125cc v-twins for the buell??? Are they just governing by hp instead?
