I will take Monaco any day over Miami. I suspect I will prefer Monaco to Vegas as well. There is alot of history and fewer idiot Hollywood celebrities in Monaco. A big part of the problem on the tighter tracks is that F1 cars are now the size of a Greyhound bus. The FIA has restricted so much but have allowed the cars to turn in to behemoths that barely fit on some of the tracks. They are over 4 feet longer than they were in the mid 90's...

 

Oooooo. Now there’s an idea. Put all these guys in top of the line shifter carts and let them race Monaco. I bet that would be very entertaining. Nintendo might sue for infringement of their Mario cart franchise though. F1 could afford the license fee. Make it happen F1
