Why not tell the full story? This gentleman ordered a Healtech electronic component, installed it, and had an issue with it. He reached out for a return. We explained to him that as this is an electronic component that has been installed, his best bet was to interface with Healtech directly in regards to a warranty issue / installation trouble. This customer was not satisfied with that answer. He began sending messages such as, and I quote: This customer has been banned from further purchases and now we're just having some fun trolling him. As I am sure all of you are well aware, myself and STG is committed to working with you before, during, and after the sale. I don't have to tell anyone that, I feel as though my own track record and our company track record says that better than I could on a forum. When we fuck up, we make it right.
