Because those slugs and their entitlements are more important to this administration than our fighting men and women?

Welfare...long-term unemployment (which is short-term welfare), EBT, some social programs, some social security. We can't pay our bills so NO ONE gets raises until our house is in order.

There are plenty of cuts. For every dollar cut from military we should cut two from entitlements. Just look at the budget pie chart for ideas....biggest slice of pie is where the biggest cuts need to come from. FWIW, Social Security was never designed to be a retirement plan.
