and I thought the west Michigan chicks in the 90s/00s were freaky did you pull up beside and give them your best fist pump?
Feeling accomplished. At my US Navy discharge physical in March of 1992, I weighed 185. About 15 years ago, I quit smoking and unfortunately, on top of the plethora of other piss-poor health decisions I was making/had made, I used that as an excuse to stuff my face with anything and everything I could get my hands on. I plumped up to over 250, earned myself a diabetes diagnosis, and basically negated the whole health benefits of quitting smoking. Over the past 5 years, my wife and I have lost at least 180 pounds combined. My A1C isn't quite yet acceptable, but it's much better. And today, I weigh exactly what I did when I was in the best shape of my life. It's distributed a little bit different, but I'll celebrate the milestone
Congrats. I started a similar journey last fall, but got derailed. I need to get back on track. That's a lot of pounds that came off, well done!
Yeah, but you obviously cheated, as you are clearly using a scale that makes you thinner... Says so right on the label.
Congrats! In 92 I would have been about 260 lbs in college. I think I managed to drop to 240 pretty quickly and have been 230 ish for many many years. Anyway I recently stopped eating breakfast so I get into a fast every day to some extent. Lost about 8 lbs so far down to 225. Im 3 lbs away from my weight leaving the hospital 2 yrs ago I think Ill shoot for 215 Id be happy at that weight.
Saw a top speed of 244…. 4 lap average of 234.9 by Rosenqvist in a McClaren. Third fastest time ever there.
