Just lookin up some stuff from grattan earlier this year. I believe the guy who took me out was #817 Jason Lopez. I noticed that he is a Provisional Novice, and if that's true then i'm wondering why he wasn't wearing a nice orange shirt. would've prolly made my day easier to know he was a prov.
i'm over it. but if there's a hole in the system then it should be fixed. I mean what's the point of the rule if it's not enforced. there's obviously a reason for it, and i've learned first hand.
Oh crap. I'm quoted in another signature line. As for the Prov. Novice. Maybe the guy met his Prov. requirment and the internet had not caught up on his license status. Probably wouldn't have made much difference. I was passed very closely when I was wearing my bright green Ed Bargy shirt. Wasn't a big deal to me. They were going so much faster I didn't have time to make a bad move.
When I started racing I went the TPM school on Friday before the beginning-of-season VIR race in March. TPM didn't give me an orange shirt and I completely forgot about it when I raced that weekend. Nobody from WERA said anything to me and I also raced my second PN weekend without one. It happens.
So in your mind, is that a clever way to get around the rules about keeping political shit out of here? Because really, it isn't (clever). Your next action will be a test of your intelligence. Choose wisely.
I once saw buck make a junior redneck shit a cinderblock. It got better when sped made the redneck and his two redneck friend's heads explode. Oh, it was at VIR.
