It was the dumbest frickin luck you've ever seen. Even though I live in the mountain area of N.C., it's still a light pollution hell. I don't even bother anymore. I hate this place. Me and Bop went on a long camp in the west. We had no idea that there was going to be a comet. One night at Bonneville, I was trying to shoot some milky way. Bop says, hey, that looks like a comet (in the opposite direction of the milky way). Well, I be damn. Dark ass skies, no moon, and a killer comet. That's like a one in 6,800 years luck.
