Last week I had a modem/router question, update to that is we got a new Surfboard modem and Netgear router and access issues have been resolved. Thanks for that! One more question. If you recall, my wife works from home and as her IP communicator was spotty, they gave her a Cisco "hard phone" with a Netgear Universal WiFi Network adapter WNCE2001. Its not communicating with the new router. Netgear no longer supports this item. I did go online and the instructions were to log onto mywifiext.net and click on the network and enter in the pw. That site is no longer active. We also tried the pinhole reset button, etc. Any ideas on how we can get this to sync with the new network? Thanks in advance.
Those are fairly straight forward. If the new wireless service is configured for WPA2-PSK then you should have no issue getting it connected. The info you need is here. http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/19926
