Ohlins triple question

I have an Ohlins triple-adj, and the low speed screw is inside the high speed nut. When I turn the high speed nut, the low-speed screw seems to turn along with it. That doesn't seem right. What do you think?

 

does it turn? or does it adjust? put the low speed out 5 clicks, then turn the high speed out 5 clicks, now turn the low speed in... was it 5 clicks?

 

It's normal for the low speed to turn when you turn the high speed.
