Funny you should post that with your Harden The Fuck Up tagline on your avatar. I get it she’s a chick but when I first saw the beginning of the video my first thought was what’s the big fucking deal? Looks like little more than a high dive to me.

Made me think of my younger days when I went to a Metropark in the Cleveland area one summer while visiting my cousins. There was a 10 ft. springboard high dive on top of a 50 ft. cliff and I jumped off that mother fucker multiple times and couldn’t get enough.

The trick was to take a big ole gulp of air before you hit the water so once you stopped sinking you had enough in your lungs to paddle up back to the surface then climb back up and do it all over again.

 

Mixed 4x400 relay, 2019.

Actual race starts ~5:30 Last lap pass at ~8:14. The whole race is worth it.
