KTM earned those disparaging remarks. Perhaps you can offer Pol a good enough bike and $$ to go WSBK. He'd be a top 10 guy. Perhaps the fastest current rider not racing?
No one saw this one yet? https://www.crash.net/motogp/news/1...ge-star-has-firm-offer-join-repsol-honda-2024 I hope it's not true, because #diGiannantonio, but it does fulfill the want for "new blood." -T
This is a good move. Either him or Lopez to inject real youth into a team. Yamaha did the same with Fabio and worked out for them.
Thats a great pick! He's currently adapting to the different chasis company in moto2 and making them work! I like it. Get someone on it that doesn't have any bad habits and a fresh sheet to work with.
The smart play would be to have KTM pay him what they owe him and let him race WSBK to make up for the shitty thing did it to him. Well already talked to his people and that doesn't seem likely to be a viable path right down. It's true. DiGia has an offer from Prucetti Kawasaki but seems to prefer Moto 2 at this point so he can stay close to MotoGP.
He probably has not received an offer because he has stated unequivocally that he would like to be offered the ride and that he would take it. The last thing he said was that some things had started to move and that he would know by the time he gets to Malaysia.

They can test and they have access to tires, however it’s a limited number of tires available for the whole test season.
While I don’t care for Puig, I wonder if the problem is really him, or Repsol demanding Spanish riders?
Well IMO it wasn’t the Spanish riders, since they had Marquez and we know World Champion Mir isn’t too bad either.
Not when the bike was good… Anyway Im just think about now, when it seem they are over thinking who to put on the bike but who know maybe they’ll pull a rabbit of the hat.
I'm not a Marquez fan but I am impressed with his approach to racing, testing and his transition away from Honda. Very thorough, methodical professional but most of all respectful. It's obvious these skills have served him well in becoming a dominant champion. https://www.gpone.com/it/2023/11/09...sulla-ducati-nessuno-puo-accampare-scuse.html
that bike hasn’t been the best on the grid since it was a V5 and Rossi rode it… yeah Nicky and Casey won on it but it wasn’t because of the bike it was besides it… MM93 would have won on anything… when he was healthy
