Marc and the other GP23 riders are on the early spec bike that couldn't outrun the GP22, they are not on the GP23 with updates that turned out to be a pretty good bike.

Joe Roberts said there is a 72 hour waiting period after a surgery before he can race so no race tomorrow.
I believe it's a 48 hour ban after general anesthetic and it was this morning (local time) that he had surgery according to Hopper so he's about 18 hours outside the allowable time to race tomorrow.
