How so? The other manufactures were getting their asses handed to them by Dunlop for decades....

If he was trying to get the bike up before the flag was thrown, he should have been able to restart.
On re-watching, I don't think he had enough time to collect himself and get to his feet before they threw the red. That was a fairly shitty call. I hope whoever made it is asked to justify it.
