Totally agree. It really depends on each individual's needs (and corvette wants, haha). Until range grows at least double, prices are considerably lower, and charging times (and average costs) are improved, it'll be more of a luxury expense or limited-use vehicle. That works for a bunch of people already, but not a majority of them until those changes happen.

I don’t disagree with any of that. I just like to give a reality check to those folks who think EV’s are an ideal platform for city dwellers. It’s not as simple as that.

    Except that they are Chinese.

If you pay child support to a woman you hate. Do you toss in $500 extra to make her richer just because?

You bitches need to take your purse and go home and clean like a good bitch. You’re arguing over something you have no control over or can’t change.

Drive what you want and spend your money on what you want and who gives a shit what people think!

Happy bird day you grumpy old fucks!!!!

That's a very incorrect and defeatest statement. Control was taken back about 24 days ago.

We also take control by not buying what we don't want.

Anything over 6000lbs, if I remember correctly! Good old rule 179 gives a full 100% write off against your taxes.

Accelerated depreciation isn’t a tax credit.

100% in one year is a government benefit given to large vehicles.

1: it’s depreciation. Whether it’s all in one tax year or over a depreciation schedule, it’s simple depreciation.

    2: it’s not a tax credit.

I said write off and government benefit. The benefit of 1 year write off, is you can do it every year if you want. Plus you could go out of business, or the laws could change on a 5-7 year depreciation schedule, whereas this lets you lock it in.

And what does that have to do with tax credits?
