a little more info on the money side https://www.gpone.com/en/2024/11/26/motogp/saving-private-ktm-restructuring-plan-kicks-off.html
Just bought a couple k in pierer mobility stock, and if I can find a %20 discount on a 690 or 701 SMR, I think I'd be all over that.

Nothing wrong with a dusty, brand new ‘23 1290 SDR Evo. Still a cutting edge beast of a bike, and per the link that was posted a few days ago, an insanely good deal at $13.5. Figure $15.5 OTD.
Best deals are those 1290 SAS's. Insane bike for something that will beat a Multi and XR unless you get the the 40k+ models
Don't count on getting anything like that price. I couldn't get those guys to even give me a quote on a 401 Svartpilien a few years ago but I heard from someone else that OTD on a $5400ish 401 was $7800.
Disappointing. There's still these guys: https://www.pandorasmotorsports.com...nooga-TN-4230c5d7-1ae3-4606-af6b-b1e6013c1764 And, these guys were highly recommended in this thread and have a left over: https://www.shopmunnracing.com/sear...and/GASGAS/type/Street Bikes/year/2023/page/1
No trolling, I honestly didn't know. Probably watching too many Euro Youtubers who sure make it sound like there's an SDR and also an Evo that gets more crap on it, including adaptive suspension. But apparently I struck a nerve...I'll take the freebie
KTM probably knew what was coming in early 23' which is why they didn't import many 1390's and allegedly the new GT won't be here til 26'. Simply trimming the fat like every other Corp and publicizing it as a restructuring is a win for all of us picking up overstocks.
Pricing over the next few months will be interesting. Vital seems to think there’s a good chance of some crazy deals come January.
Beware of the $1800+ in dealer fees. Thats who I was trying to buy a 790 from but their fees kept me from buying there.
From our perspective at Krämer Motorcycles, KTM has confirmed that engine production will continue without disruption, and all our orders will be fulfilled on schedule. We remain assured in KTM’s ability to navigate these circumstances, and we will continue to support and collaborate with them as a key supplier in our production process.
I was hoping you might chime in on this. Interesting to hear that engine production will continue with the rest of the motorcycle production shutting down.
