When they go back and slow mo going around the left there was a bike coming up the hill. Not sure how close the miss was but he was def over the yellow and on a day that there for hundreds of bikers up there, that's attempted murder right there haha
I've riden up there a gazillion times, along with a bunch of friends, and none of us had any probs with that turn. I think it's the fools tryin to look good on film crashin all over the place up there. I have to admit, w/o the traffic, it's a nice ride.
I dealt with 2 guys that slid along a guardrail once...multiple breaks and one had sliced his midsection open.....was nasty...
Love that guy... never even touched the front brake :FL: Camera guy is there because everyone crashes there, and peopel buy crash footage. He also takes photos. Nah. It is "hold my beer and watch this" syndrome I think. Another idea I have is that, that turn is either the last, or the first (cant recall now.. came up with this theory years ago) so guys are either trying the "One last corner.. bigger better" thing on the last few turns, or are on coldish tires on a first turn. Or they are all just idiots
Well we know statistically they can't "ALL" be idiots but they sure do seem to draw a lot out the crowd.
I mean all the crashers. Not all the riders. Just most of the riders Ok. All is too strong a word I guess
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTn7iisAntE&feature=relmfu Why do so many people crash here? Is it super slick or what.. doesn't look like they hit the break or grab a ton of throttle.. I don't get why everyones rear slides out?
if its anything like the curved road by me, cars drag a lot of debris onto the road. Looks like a lot of the crash videos that I watched had a bunch of steering inputs and line adjustments.
