Is there a walkthrough on how to insert pictures to posts?

    Asking so I can add pictures my for sale thread - and so my eye can stop twitching from all the failed attempts. Thanks.

    Max file size 1024 or 1 mb

    Open picture on your desktop.
    Use snipping tool (from Windows menu) to copy the opened pic (this will reduce the size)
    Save snip
    Upload snipped pic in your post.
    Done.

    Take pics with your phone, email to your computer and download.

    Then 'upload a file' at the bottom of your for sale ad.

    Something like that.

    I've never had to resize the millions of pics i've uploaded over the years.

    An easy way to resize phone pictures, take the picture and text it to yourself. Then save the received picture on your phone. That usually gets them under 1mb.

    Go to that website, click on "choose images" and select the picture you want to post.

    Copy where it says "direct link" and then select the image insert function (just to the right of where you put in smilies) and paste it there.

    It resizes automatically to a reasonable file size.

    Easy.
