Hopefully as successful as that dumb thing. I'm inclined to believe it will get similar results... Monterey County seems to want the race track and that's all that really matters when it comes to race tracks.

There should be a zoning ordinance that says if you live within so far of the racetrack you are barred from complaining. Raze those fuckers houses and not the racetrack.

Listened to an interesting “report” on this story where they reported on who the highway68 group is. I’ll try and find it but the short version is they like to sue to stop, slow down projects and try and shut down a lot of shit.
