helmet question

would this pass tech?

 

as long as thats only through the paint and not into the fiberglass shell it should

 

5 year rule

i have two arai helmets nickys and roberts i purchased in 02 the roberts is in new condition. Wore it maybe 10 times ,how critical will they be about the age?

 

If it is past 5 years, you won't pass

 

did you fill that in with a Sharpie?

'02 plus 5 years equals, time to buy a new helmet. Neither will pass tech.

well it looks like that's what he did, seriously. i used to do it to black street helmets if i got a chip in them. i've rashed up enough Arai helmets to know it's not black underneath the paint.

 

get a brand new Scorpion 700 series for small dosh and move on.:up:
