got a 02 Busa, the fuel pump will not turn on, fuses are good, fuel relay is good, bike has power commander, i unplugged it and still no working pump. Any ideas??
was it sitting long enough to have dried out? if so, it could be the same as clogged jets, the bearings are frozen in goo. OR, the bearings have rusted in place.
Infamous for failure. Replace. You can check response to signal, but, I'm just sayin'....infamous for failure. There is an automotive replacement. If you need info, PM me.
Same f'in thing happens all the time on the SV's, take the pump completely apart and you might get it working again.
