show up... pay I believe 15ish? park, walk around the basically the whole infield only area, good spots to watch are the start finish you can see 10b and 1 then a little of 3 . at the track day pit out at the bottom you can see exit of 4 5-6-7 or top of the bowl area in the upper you can see 5-6-7-8-9
1. If Mongo is going to be there bring a 1/4 barrel of Yuengling and a trunk full of Diet Dew 2. If you get there after practice starts you'll have to wait to cross the track (every 30 min) 3. There are lots of great spectating spots, enjoy And holy shit the place is for sale!
As is sitting in the Air Conditioned tower with Mongo eating Pie where you can see everything but your feet
Yeah, way high to me even if the MX track does well. Not a ton of developers in the are either so it's not like the land is worth a ton on its own. I think they're just floating it out there to get a feel for things, dunno tho.
Not sure which, if any, of the guys running the place own it, but I'm chuckling at what THOSE guys would do with $7 million.

Most all of them you see are brothers who own it with the sisters after EJ passed. I think it's 8 kids total.
