PA and Ohio have some of the highest prices I've seen.

I was in Boardman/Youngstown recently to see the Beastie Boys. I think it was at some hockey arena that the guy who started Phantom Fireworks owns? Good show.

Gas was $1.69/gal in Columbus early this morning.

$1.79 here as of yesterday. Of course that was also what I paid in Fresno over a week ago when I filled up to return from my T-day excursion. :)

Some of the talking heads in the petroleum industry are predicting sub-dollar gas prices within FIVE WEEKS!

Give that a few weeks, and sales of gas-guzzlers will be right back up, along with fuel consumption. Americans have the memory span of goldfish.

Opec is having a meeting on december 17th, they plan to cut way way way way way back on production of crude to try to stop the oil prices from going down. They would like it back up at $75 a barrel.

They made two cuts so far without much effect. This next one is gonna be a big cut. Sooner or later they will get their way and fuel will go back up.

Oil closed at $40 a barrel on Friday. Gas at $1.49 in Suburban Detroit, and expected to go lower.

Curious to see what OPEC is going to do on the 17th., and what the effect will be. A big thing is that China has slowed down, as well as the US and...

THE SPECULATORS HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF THE MARKET!

$1.49 today at the Quiktrips by me on the east side of Atlanta. Love seeing these prices again. Especially having to fill the tank on the Avalanche. $40 DEFINITELY beats the hell out of over $100.
