I thought someone had a track day there last year. I just wish they'd have put it on this side of the Appalachians. But, it's still only 4 hours or so. So, can't complain.
I looked into the early April date and was told to do the May date for the same reasons you said (snow being a very real possibility.) Braaa-a-a-k. Buk. Buk buk. (chicken... Hey - the early April '00 WERA event went off without a hitch. Actually, you wouldn't have been able to feel a hitch if one had gone off (there was ice on the puddles in the AM...) Really though, everone had a total blast! (including my 12x20 canopy, which took off like a large and ungainly kite despite my counterweights...) So, come on out and join the fun! Kennett Square huh? I thought that was a Harley only town! heh heh. Yeah - I even chromed my Aprilia's Jolly Motos and still don't fit in. hmph.
Any truth to the rumor they are bulldozing Longwood Gardens and turning into Road Kennett Square? That's make 3 tracks within 3 hours!
Sorry Stick, you're stuck with me. Even though I'm from PA, I don't plan on ever living there again. Besides, inflatables from the South don't stay inflated north of the Mason Dixon line.
Lets see, Summit, Rousch, and Road DuPont. Don't even mention that paved over supercross track they call Pocono.
There are a lot of us damn Yankees around here. We just don't yap as much as the rebels. We work. They don't. THE Rain Director
