something weird about that furnace/water heater nook. the door looks like it was removed for a photo or there is no door? servicing/changing that water heater is gonna be a bitch if you have to pull your furnace too.

That's what I thought looking at the pics, but there's actually another door on the other side. It is kinda different, utility closet smack in the middle of the house.

looks like its got lots of land. And popcorn ceilings and slumlord fixtures on the faucets. Easy fixes.

 

Yeah, good and bad- backyard shooting range=good, hours of mowing=bad. The 2400 sf outbuilding with a lift is a big plus.

 

I dont know how bad the grass gets in OH but my brother in law has about 10 acres in the Panhandle that doesnt take all that much time. Just depends on how much rain has fallen... and his back up mower
plan is a ferguson tractor w/ bush hog attachment. Neat lil compound!!

 

That or you could let it grow wild....
