I need to have some custom countershaft sprockets made. Does anyone know of any reputable custom sprocket companies that make countershaft sprockets?

Try sprocket specialists, I know they make custom rear sprockets not so sure about front ones though

Had luck with Rebel when I needed a few custom gears done for customers that wanted tooth counts that weren't commercially available.

Rebel has done some great work for me. They bailed me out a couple times making sprockets and shipping next day. If I need sprockets they are one I call.

Last resort, I had a sprocket made with the correct teeth, but had them make a speciffic size hole in the middle.. then I took a donor sprockt and machined the teeth off to get the O.D. to be a press fit in to the new sprocket.. clocked it up in the lathe then welded it.. A lot of work, but if you can not get what you need made.. well... there ya go..

Rears are not a problem, its the fronts I am looking for. I e-mailed Sprocket Specialists and Vortex, but haven't heard anything yet. It appears Rebel only does rears. If I have to I can have my 420 fronts ground down to 415 thickness, but I would rather get new ones.

kanatuna You can't polish a turd..

You could machine the old ones down and have them coated for strength...

Update: After not hearing anything back from Vortex or Sprocket Specialists, I gave Superior Sprockets a call. They took my name and number and said they will call me in a couple weeks when they are done. Super nice guys, and based on their website, it looks like they can make just about anything including custom transmission gears.
