What’s your experience with Chicken Hawk warranty? My 4 month old set had one die. I emailed them about warranty and they sent me a service request form and asked for payment info. Seemed a bit odd.
Probably standard procedure to cover the return shipping if they determine it's an issue not covered under warranty... I had a controller go bad while under warranty and they covered the repair and shipping back. Can't remember if they asked for payment before, though.
