Rare 2001 Aprilia RSW 250 -- $65,000 USD-- No silly offers please. Located in Brooklyn, New York.

This breaks my heart but some unforeseen circumstances are dictating that I must sell the RSW (and my other bikes also). This is not a cup challenge bike. This is a real 250 gp bike upon which the cup challenge replica was based. This bike weighs about 100-110 kilos depending on the wheels on exhausts on the bike, and has over 100 hp when correctly tuned.

Photos available here (to0 big to post if someone can help): https://www.facebook.com/groups/148715695283010/permalink/558400377647871/

I imported this bike directly from Italy to the U.S. early last year. It was purchased from and is simply an amazing motorcycle that has been perfectly maintained.

    Brief spec:
--Bike setup to run on leaded fuel (currently VP Q16)
--Completely original factory carbon bodywork and airbox
    --Carbon swing arm
--Carbon wheels (also a set of Marchesini wheels)
--Carbon fiber battery (and replacement aluminum one)
--Ohlins forks, shock and steering damper
--titanium expansion chambers with DLR end cans
--All telemetry sensors operational (suspension, EGT, etc)
--Motor was completely rebuilt 200 miles ago and has seen light use and already has a set of new pistons installed
    --Gearbox is completely fresh
--limited set of sprockets along with the bike
    --Spare pistons and gaskets
    --levers
    --footpegs
    --small amount of jetting
    --battery charger

Other Spares not included in sale but can be negotiated as a package:
    --spare radiator
--Full set of fresh carbon fiber bodywork (RSW LE type) that has just been painted including tank
    --spare windscreen
--Extra carbon seat unit (minor damage) and tail cone
--carbon brake discs and pads (really for show)
--set of brand new cranks that were rebuilt by the factory
    --PCMCIA data card
    --Likely forgotten lots of items

Thanks Tom7, I wish I could keep it, but yes agreed. I hope it goes to someone worthy or at a minimum will give it the attention it deserves.

Unless a pro racer is looking to get it, it won't go to someone that's worthy! :D

sbk1198 can't say I disagree! So that's why I will settle for someone that will just take care of her :)
