Anyone have a two way Penske install on their 600/750? What did you do with the reservoir? zip tie to under battery box? looks like it will barely clear swingarm on full compression. thanks
Make a bracket and bolt the reservoir to the subframe where the left passenger peg would go. Use hose clamps and something rubber to go between the bracket and the clamps, to keep the clamps from gouging into the reservoir.
You done it with the Penske? It has a short hose. I just looked, turned the top mount and it will work. THANKS!!
The lst 2 pics are of the 600. The last 3 are of the 1000. The line is longer on the 600, so it was mounted to the subframe rail. The line on the 1000 is short so it was mounted to the OEM bracket that is already on the subframe.
Crap. Just tried to upload pics of my 07 600 and 07 1000 that both have PENSKE triples on them. The 1000 has a short hose and I mounted it directly to the OEM bracket on the subframe. Kinda looks like it's a piggyback reservoir. What the hell is wrong with posting pics?
