Selling the 1993 FZR600. 243 original miles. Bike is pretty much brand new. The back story (as told to me): - Kid bought it new in '93, didn't tell parents, kept at friend's house - Crashed it after a month, insurance paid and he bought back the bike. Front fairing was cracked (and repaired). Too afraid to ride again. - Left the bike at friend's house. 15 years later, a FD buddy (friends with the mother of the house where the bike was stored) asks about it and she sells it to him. He registers the bike and then it sits in his garage for 10 years. - He thinks taking of some of the original decals would be "cool" because an all white bike looks better. - He sells me the bike and I have no time for it. Bike runs pretty good, but carbs need to be cleaned better. Tires are still good, no cracks, and have original red and green lines on them. Bike is in Northern NJ Asking $2700. Willing to trade for race-ready GSXR 600/750 (plus some cash)
SERIOUSLY!!!!!Damn ive got some bad luck for timing!!! And 243 miles!!!????? Im loaded for Summit,otherwise i'd be doing a NJ roadtrip. Sheesh.....unbelievable. GLWS
