wouldn't he need to be at the pointy end of moto2 first?

Morbidelli takes Maverick’s seat. Toprak takes Val’s seat. And… hopefully Garrett takes Mordidelli’s old seat.

Be interesting to see Vindaloo swerve everyone and go to VR46 Ducati.

It would help to be in Moto2 first, just to give it that possibility.

Considering he beat one of the leading Moto2 guys from last year, on a track that he’s never seen, it’s not that unlikely.

This morning was confirmed the aprilia move, now nowhere to be found. News outlets jumped too early?

In these situations the current team typically puts out their press release (which Yamaha did this morning) then the new team will follow up with theirs a day or two after. So we just have to sit tight for a little while longer :)

That's my bet, maverick being there would make it up to the prince that Rossi isn't going to ride. Which sucks because I'd like to see Rossi ride one year for himself on the Ducati

You have a source for this or was this "rumor" generated in your head? If someone suggested this to Lin Jarvis they would be fired immediately. You might as well put Rossi back on the bike for a farewell tour in factory colors and sell a shit ton of "final edition" Rossi/Yamaha gear to the sold out crowds at every round in 2022.

Actually, you know what? YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST.....ROSSI BACK TO MONSTER YAMAHA IN 2022!

    Why
do you thank Mav is going to Aprilla and not Dovi? Why do you think Mav is so pissed?

    Sure would be…

But can Ducati convince MV that the technical changes he will requests will be addressed, or will he be bitching about turning the way Dovi did for years. Aprilia will cater to his every need because it can’t afford not too.

I don’t doubt that Yamaha will pass over Franco again, but Dovi doesn’t make sense either. He’s shown no true interest taking a race. There is talk of course, but he’s turning down multi-million Euro race seat offers from Ducati and Aprilia.

There's NO WAY Dovi is going to Yamaha.

Does anyone think Rossi would really sign a non Italian to his team after years and years of the VR46 academy and moto 2 and moto 3 teams? I’d have to see it to believe it.

He’ll sign Fenati before he signs that head case that’s now walked out of two teams.
