Like many, I never met him in person, only on here. He and I PM about his daughter's health when she was having trouble. I feel for those of you who knew him very well, I'm sure it hurts. I don't believe that he would want anyone to hurt or be angry, just as you wouldn't. Hopefully we all can have a positive takeaway from this. RIP Putter

Man this sucks, I remember him as a fellow Fizzer guy and a staple from the early days of the BBS. I'm not very active on the BBS anymore but this caught my attention. R.I.P
I never spoke to him except here, and while it may seem trivial, I found myself searching his name and reading his replies and it seemed to help a little and made me smile. I highly recommend it. There's a lot of good laughs in there to keep company.

F&*^, I'm just now seeing this... I met Putter a long time ago (I think early- to mid-00s, when I raced with WERA) and always found him to be an incredibly cool cat, full of life. This is truly awful... My heart goes out to his family and friends.
Ironically enough tonight, on my way home I found myself thinking about my old roommate who left me the same way Putter left many here. All I could think is that I hope they finally found peace.
You know... Christmas is coming up. I'm thinking the we could help make a pretty good Christmas for a special kid... Anyone else in?
