47 as of last December. Just gotta decide my friend on what is the right thing to do. I had decided that I was fat, out of shape and didnt like the way clothes felt on and how I felt.

Here I sit two years later 40lbs lighter and in the best shape of my life. And the kicker...I actually enjoy working out and riding the road bicycle.

 

Dude...I make claims and make a majority. Dont let your squidlyness and the other squids on this forum decide your facts for you. I produce and have been for years.
