Doesn't matter. Daniel was catching him 1 second per lap. Then the child won't obey team orders and when he did, it was too late. He definitely would have caught and passed Kevin. A position is a position regardless if it's for points. edit. And isn't the Japanese culture one of respect? When has Yuki ever been respectful?
Red Bull is firing on all cylinders and poised to set levels of dominance not seen since Fangio or Clark. Why the father of the racer would want to upset that is beyond me.

Wow there's two things in that story that are pretty fantastical... Can you even imagine Max and Lewis on the same team?? And... Holy crap! Flavio Briatore (left) has lots tons of weight! I wouldn't even think thats the same guy if the caption didn't name him!
If they'd given the orders 10 laps earlier, fine, but Dani couldn't pass Yuki on his own, then he'd still have to pass Kevin, which the Alpha Tauri isn't fast enough to do. There was no way Kevin would have just let him pass. That fight would have gone on for laps. Not to mention, they still had Max coming up and had to get off the line which screws them up as well. It wasn't just Yuki that dropped the ball on there. And it says quite a bit that I'm kind of defending him given the fact I don't think he deserves his seat. His sponsors are keeping him in F1.
Last time I saw a photo of him wasn't that long ago. He looked nothing like this. I have a hard time believing it's him. Firstly, has he been allowed to return to the paddock? I don't remember that.
Ha! I don't tune in until the track Rolex hits 1:59 PM. I don't partake in the pre- race celebrity show.
Interesting article published for Road and Track on Friday and then immediately pulled (wonder why): https://web.archive.org/web/2024030...r-culture/a46975496/behind-f1-velvet-curtain/
That article reads like it came straight from the desk of captain obvious. F1 is full of rich people! No shit?
