Then drive around burning that gas, looking for more gas.

This is just revenge from all the Tesla drivers when everyone made fun of them for the long lines for the charging stations.

There was an EO/SOE declared to allow tanker trucks to transport fuel while the pipe is off. Might have to read it to see why there is even a regulation on something like that.
