I haven't been watching lately. That one looks like the same 300 they had for sale a few weeks ago. I guess the bidder backed out maybe....

Well, I did it.

It’s legit, with the full Omega 5 year warranty, and it is spectacular. The first thing I noticed is the movement. The second hand is extremely precise - pausing momentarily on each mark, instead of the smooth constant rotation of other watches. The second thing I noticed is the back is clear, so you can see the inner workings.

I’m extremely happy and feel like I got as good a deal as I could possibly get.

 

So Chris, what's your next one?

I can't speak for that Chris but for this Chris this one really caught my eye when I (stupidly) went back to the Omega website recently.

Dude, I'm not that green. I know I can't afford PP. I haven't look at some of those others. I very clearly have a style - all of my watches follow a similar theme. I need to look for something nice, but different. It'll be a while though. I still want the S5 at some point.
