Can RH Drive mercedes sprinters be driven in the USA if imported second hand to there? They are so cheap to buy out of the UK.

 

I don't recall RH drive being an issue and have seen a few older RH cars here.

In the 80's people were importing Porsche 930 turbos, as they weren't available from 80-85 here. On those you had to add a reinforcement beam in the doors, change lights, speedometer, and whatever DOT equipment required for that model year, plus emissions equipment.
