That's what I've thought about this judge. I always thought that it was the judges job to run the court according to judicial rules and it was the job of the DA to determine what charges were to be reached for. I didn't know that the judge and DA could team up and try to find the defendant guilty of something if the DA couldn't prove his original charges. Zimmerman's defense team was having to fight the DA and the judge it seems to me.
curious to see the results of the sanction hearings. The defense team sure seemed like they had the swagger and confidence after the verdict announcement. Can you imagine the railroad job one might have gotten outside the media spotlight?
Yesterday morning I was listening to an attorney that had gone up through the ranks and ended up being a specialist in slander cases. He suggested that Zimmerman had an excellent chance of being successful in suing several of the news organizations along with some members of the justice system, Jesse Jackson and Al (the mouth) Sharpton, if he decided to. I sure would like to see him do so.
Yes, you whiteys think you are taking care of us...what a marvelous job you've done...ain't we the greatest?
I would LOVE to see Zimmerman sue the DA, the judge, the State of Florida, the fuckstick floppyeared moronic jackass in the White House, all members of the media that talked shit about him, the murdering rapist race baiters Jackson and Sharpton and then get a kickass book and movie deal to top it off. Then move to a state that won't try and make up more BS charges against him.
Sad that you now judge people by levels of pigmentation in your hatred for it being done to you. It never ceases to amaze me how many people do not understand that pretty much every character trait comes in all colors, good and bad traits included. Surprising to some it even applies to both genders. The challenge is in avoiding the morons and trying to emulate the good folks, avoiding or associating with people based on pigmentation makes that challenge even harder.
The challenge is muted by the build up of excuses and low expectations. I had many excuses to fall back on. But I also happened to be driven by a wonderful concept. Freedom. People willingly giving up their freedom is something that I will never understand. I hear people to of freedom but sucking at a tit or limited by the chain they hold the key to.
Since DC seems to be following the model of Detroit, that does put us on the fast track. What will happen when all the taxpayers are gone? Look at Detroit. All takers, few givers.
