Singles anyone?

OK, in the semi-serious dream stage:
what would be the best single to run in WERA and AHRMA?
Possibly something with a good track record of reliability? And not cost a gazillion dollars. And not so slow as to render me impotent on the race track.

Back in the early 90s I raced a Yamaha SRX600, motor by White Bros. Handled good and would trophy in the AHRMA stuff. Lotsa fun but when I moved to Oahu Sorbo had no class for a single so I bought a used F2 to race.

Just thinking when I really get old a single might be the ticket.

Back in 06-08 there was a guy running one in F2 i believe.

Oh yes, I got it. Dustin called and said the Grom is the only single to have and keep the SV. He may be absolutely right.
